3. You provide proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt.
4. Returns must be requested within the designated time window to ensure eligibility.

To initiate a return, contact us within the 7 day window. Once your return is approved, we will guide you through the process. Returns are subject to a quality inspection by our team to ensure the product meets our return conditions. If your return is approved, we aim to make the process hassle-free with clear instructions provided promptly.

Refunds

1. We offer 24 hour refunds. 
2. Refunds will be processed once the returned products are received and inspected by our team. 

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations will only be accepted if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has been dispatched, you may initiate a return once the product is delivered. 

Exceptions

We regret that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

4. Clearance or final sale items, which are marked as non-returnable.
